George Geiger & Associates, Inc., established in 1991, is a commercial property management and interior construction company based in Princeton, New Jersey. George C. Geiger, president, was previously employed by the former Bowers Management Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lewis C. Bowers and Sons, from the period of 1982 through 1991. Bowers, one of largest and most respected construction companies in the Princeton area, was formed in 1901 and built many of the original buildings in the Princeton Forrestal Center as well as the development of the Carnegie Center. Mr. Geiger's knowledge and experience includes all facets of construction, management, maintenance, accounting, leasing, mechanical systems, and energy management as they apply to commercial office buildings.
Our Senior Building Technician, Max L. Akins, has over eighteen years in the commercial building and HVAC maintenance field and has probably experienced just about every possible scenario involving commercial sites. Apprentice Building Technician Fred Cast has been with us for two years and is building up a solid base of commercial building maintenance experience every day. We would also like to extend a hearty welcome to the newest member of our team, Bob Harvey. Bob’s expertise in fine carpentry and high-end residential additions, remodeling, decks, siding and windows is a welcome asset to our work force. Much of Bob’s know-how translates quite naturally to the commercial building environment, and we expect that his professional work experience will hasten a seamless assimilation into the commercial field.
